Vibration Mixing Rcc Of Sfrc

The author, in this graduation thesis, introduces RCC & SFRC and theirapplication in project briefly, the discusses the principle of ordinary mixing concrete and its limitation, explains the reinforcing methods of mixing concrete and the development of the vibrating mixing technology, and puts forward the research task of this thesis. Through the theoretical analysis and synthetic simulating of the vibrating mixing process and the discussion of the vibrating mixing schemes, the author in the paper determines a better vibrating mixing scheme and prototype to put into effect. After test research and comparison the author obtains the primary parameter and influence factors of the vibrating mixing on RCC & SFRC. The paper at last checks up the characteristics of the prototype, works out the formulas of the power consumption in vibrating mixing RCC or SFRC by using regression analysis, and gives the conclusions of the paper and the author suggestions.
