The Development Of Ultra-audio Frequency Induction Heating Power Supply

This paper studies ultra－audio－frequency series resonant type inverter using IGBT forinduction heating applications mainly．On the basis of analyzing the theories for theseries resonant type inverter and frequency tracing,whole system scheme ispresented．Then the parameters of the main circuit are calculated,and the controlcircuit on the basis of CMOS Phase Locked Loop(4046),microprocessor(80C196KB)and the perfect protective circuits are designed．After that,the controlschemes including PLL,Fuzzy and Fuzzy－PLL are compared,simulated and tested..Simulation and experimental result show that the induction heating power based onmicroprocessor can achieve precise control with fast response．and robustness．...
