But actually to get satisfied calculation result designers have to adjust the initial model of the finite element model for several times. Thus how to modify the finite element model without changing the topology structure of the model conveniently and frequently will be paid more and more attention. Such as, during the iteration of execution the shape optimization problem, how to re-new the finite element model with the current design variable without changing the topology structure of finite element model. On the other hand, for shape optimization methods to be fully accepted by the engineering community they must first be integrating with CAD systems. Parameterization design has become the main character of the new generation of CAD system. How to construct a parameterized finite element model is the main issue in this paper. It particularly showed on deal with the selection of design variables of continuum in shape optimization methods and removing the problem that optimization arithmetic break away from CAD technology.AutoCAD is a widely used CAD tools. During these years Autodesk company published a new software: Mechanical Desktop (for short: MDT) which provide parameterized model technology and make design and modify more automatically. Parameterized model technology can control the relationship between design elements and renew the change of model and engineering drawing automatically. At the mean time, MDT is an open CAD system which provides user of convenient tools to develop. In this paper based on the graphic supported platform MDT author use the parameterized model technology adjust the parameterized finite element model of 3D space surface of combination of cylinders fast and dynamically on the condition that keep the topology structure changeless with the developing environment is ARX and ADS. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Parameterization model, Mechanical Desktop, Conjunction, AutoCAD, ADS, ARX | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
