This paper analyzes the principle ofenergy conversion In the procedure ofwater supply and sets up the model of the water－supply system that can make fulluse of the energy of water－supply network．Wlth two restrictive condition,the controlalgorithm of energy saving is analyzed and researchea by the method of numerical emulation. The mathematical model of water supply is built by means of neural net．The wholeoptimization of water supply is realized by dynamic programming. The all auto altering－frequency and constant pressure system of water supply is designed by making use of the fuzzy control． Because of the irrational way of water supply and lack of excellent control method, largeenergy is wasted during secondary water－supply.
