Based on the ~producing mechanism of prestressing equivalent loads and the result ofstructure calculating program,the prestressed effect of the frame structure is analyzed.Therestriction effect which will counteract prestressed frame beam caused by secondary beam ispresented,and the deficiency of prevail plane rigid frame method is pointed out.The influenceof the beam axial prestrassing effect obstructed by column is discussed in detail,the influenceof lateral structure is illustrated.In the meanwhile,the data achieved from the field testcompared with the outcome accordance with criterion means and the theoretic and the theoretic analysis,itindicate that the insufficiency of the criterion and verify the reliabilities of the calculationmethods that are put forward in the dissipation.Focus on the behavior characteristic ofprestressed tendon,classity the contribution of prestressed tendon as two sides,the ultimatenormal section load-bending capacity of prstressed beam is derived according to this comcept.In the last,present a practical method for the design of prestressed concrete frame beam-themetbod of unit tension.And a design example suggest that tbe lateral influence of structuralwill reduce the ultimate capacity of prestressed beam.By using this method,cracking-controland ultimate load capacity can be satistied simultaneously.It is not only eliminatetriai-calculation, but also favor the application and dissemination of prestressed concretetechnique.
