With the development of transport and communication trade and the upgrade of traffic load, large quantity of service bridge need maintenance or reinforcement to improve the traffic capability. And reasonable reinforcement modification is on the basis of accurate and reliable structure calculationl analysis .In the paper ,directed toward the feature of structural member reinforced by prestressing force, the nonlinear analytical method of prestressed layered cross section is researched with temperature field simulating prestress effect and on the basis of assumption of plane cross section. And it's also researched that the method of design and checking calculation.Applying the theory of structural finite element method, the corresponding structural analysis program system is developed. The program employs the prestress integral model , the section layered-combination and the plane frame model, and integrated considers the nonlinearity of material, section feature and prestress effect based on the incremental-interactive method, and section stiffness is corrected after closing by crack closed coefficient. Besides linear analysis of structure, the program has the function of analysis the section stiffness and prestress effect change of load-bearing structure, and this change's effect on the distribute of inner force, and has the function of design and checking calculation for reinforced structure member by prestressing force. Especially, the program could simulate the whole process of load-bearing bridge: load-bearing-section crack and closing and prestress effect correction-force redistribution, and could evaluate and analysis the structure performance.Visual Basic is employed to develop the program, and it's post-processing is developed by AutoCAD and Text. The program, with modular designing as to clear structure,has convenient man-machine interaction, function-expanding and secondary development. In the end, it is provided to examine and certify the reliability and accuracy of this article's theory and program that the calculation, comparision and analysis of model by the program and ANSYS.
