Agile Manufacturing Environment, Inter-enterprise Collaboration System Modeling And Implementation Techniques

As drastic competition of global market and rapid development of computer networktechnology ,many manufacturing enterprises are thirsting for network manufacturing technology. It is the core of network manufacturing to make full use of the unused social resource ,and to connect enterprises with their partners to collaborate manufacturing ,and intercommunicate and share collaboration information. This paper analysis medium and small enterprises informatization status and their network manufacturing basis in our country, and study deeply control and management mode of collaboration process and its realism technology among enterprises, which has important significance in development of network manufacturing. So the emphases of this paper study the following:1 .This paper analyses medium and small sized enterprises informatization status in our country , studies widely all sorts of collaboration management modeling at home and abroad ,analyses their relative merits and their feasibility in our medium and small sized enterprises. This paper also constructs the structure of collaboration management among enterprises in Internet environment combining with enterprises collaboration information platform.2.The modeling of collaboration management way to use 00 method and UML modeling technology is created, and the research about software fast adaption and rapid reconfiguration.3.The Dividing and controlling of collaboration Task is describing by use math methods from system engineering and the collaboration partners selection and task distributing are also describing by math methods.4.The way of discrete coupling connection based on database is adopted in realism technology, and smtp&pop3 protocol is also used in programming to transmit formatted database information.5.The software system is implemented in Guangdong Yulan Wallpaper Company.
