Cloud Manufacturing is a service-oriented manufacturing mode,which provides a new development direction for the transformation and upgrading of China’s manufacturing industry.However,at present,the theoretical research on Cloud Manufacturing is still limited,and the theoretical results are still a long way from the real promotion.This paper studies the theory and implementation process of manufacturing chain based on Cloud Manufacturing mode,aiming to develop a cloud service platform suitable for small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises,For this reason,this paper mainly studies the following aspects:The concept and typical characteristics of manufacturing chain in cloud manufacturing environment are analyzed,and the main elements and the flow direction of each element in the relationship nodes of manufacturing chain are described with the emphasis on network and diffusion.The operation process of manufacturing chain in an ideal state is analyzed,the significance of shortening "non-manufacturing time" from the perspective of operation efficiency is explored and the concept and characteristics of manufacturing collaborative behavior is put forward.According to the complex characteristics of manufacturing tasks for manufacturing chain,the manufacturing collaborative behavior is combed and the concept of collaboration system is put forward and the requirements that collaboration system should meet and the key problems that need to be solved are integrated.Manufacturing Resources is studied from the perspective of collaboration system,the concept,characteristics and classification of manufacturing resources are summarized based on the existing research results,the construction principle and format of manufacturing resources description template are established and the information that manufacturing resources should contain is integrated.A management scheme of using database to process resource data is put forward and databases and data tables with different attributes in detail from the perspective of system operation are created.In this paper,the collaborative mechanism of collaboration system is studied,the concept of manufacturing collaborative behavior function is proposed,the manufacturing collaborative behavior function library is established,and the functions contained in the library are managed in the way of four section command code;through the research of function call mechanism model,the method of hierarchical judgment through processing matrix is proposed,which improves the operation ability of collaboration system.Through the way of setting collaboration code,the serial mechanism of manufacturing collaboration behavior is established,which provides a good solution to the problem of external association between manufacturing collaboration behaviors.From the perspective of demand side,the matching principle of manufacturing tasks and manufacturing resources is analyzed,and an efficient and convenient matching method of manufacturing resources is proposed.Finally,the overall structure of the collaboration system is designed.The network protocol environment,layout structure,information transmission standard and operation optimization scheme of the system are analyzed in detail,and each module of the collaboration system is developed based on this.The simulation data is taken as an example to show the operation process of each module,which verifies the functionality,practicability and replicability of the collaboration system.
