In this paper a particular power supply system is designed. It includes a high speed REPM(Rare Earth-Cobalt Permanent Magnets) synchronous generator and two DC-DC switching regulators. In order to get the accurate results, as the electrical-magnetic computational processing, the FEM(Finite Element Method) software---ANSYS has be used to analysis the internal electrical-magnet fields of the PM generator. The thermal analysis acted too to make sure of the PM materials working in the save temperature. The DC-DC regulator is designed as a Buck circuit with a single switch (MOSFET) on the base of the good cooling condition provided by the flowing cold water in the shell. The switch works on a high frequency as 100kHz supplying by a PWM controller UC3 840. Through this system two output ?40V( ?%) 2kW can be acquired. |
