This paper is about the structure design of Manufacturing Automation Subsystem (MAS) in zirco-tube manufacturing process for nuclear use, the design of single machine automation and system integrated in Northwest Zirco-ladding Co.Ltd. The project belongs to national 863/CIMS application engineering. Based on former theory and suspend technics , this paper put forwards feasible realization. Firstly, realize Moderate Hierarchical Synergetic Control and improve MAS control methods through C/S distributed calculating model and Oriented Object Programming (OOP). Secondly, take rolling mill and vacuum temper oven as examples to introduce the realization of single machine's automatic monitor and control. Thirdly, use the Real-time Expert Intelligent Control and the method of forgetting factor to estimate the parameters of system model, then make predictions according to the model. The simulation and the practical result demonstrates that this system is robust and can gain better result in large time delay and inertia control system. In addition, for system integrated this paper describes in details the link of the real-time database in MAS and the relationship database, heterogeneous databases integrated and information integrated based on MAS. The running result indicates that this system runs smoothly and the control result is satisfied.
