The recording and application status quo of fight data is briefly described first, then Aircraft Condition Monitoring System (ACMS), a compositive and advanced airborne equipment, is introduced. Aiming at two sub-systems included in ACMS, Quick Access Recorder (QAR) and Aircraft Communications Addressing and Reporting System (ACARS), we expound the technology of data-processing and application in detail.For QAR, we explore independently the flight data decode and analyse system, which can realize the decoding function of several aircraft types and present the decoding-result to users in forms of table, curve and graphic etc. In virtue of this system we can complete the monitoring work after flight. However, ACARS, as a new technology of civil aviation in China, is used to carry out such work in real time. We offer the system constitute and discuss the unscrambling of ACARS reports, then bring forward the primary conception cf the ACARS reports-processing system. Finally the data- application technology about this two sub-systems is simply covered.In the end of this thesis, some imaginary about the processing and application of the flight data and a prospective development of ACMS in China are put forward.
