What this paper has researched is the important test department of a project thatis six-components rocket examination under water---the 702 graduate school inWuXi consign it to our staff room.In according to the demands, the author has empoldered a data acquisition & dispose program running on Windows platform. In general, because Windows is a multitask operation system, the generic data acquisition program will be interrupted compulsively. This will result in losing lots of data and acquire some false data. To avoid the unfortunate things, this program uses virtual driver technology (VxD) to resolve it.As for hardware, the author has designed a "Solid Rocket Engine Igniting and Synchro Controling Instrument", which can output +5V-+20V continuing voltage , can inspect igniting circuit, can display voltage and resistor. So it will satisfy majority solid rocket engine igniting demands.
