Polyaniline (PANI) is one of the most intensively investigated intrinsically conductive polymers because it has high specific surface, a good stability in the air and it can be prepared easily with rich sources. The discovery of electric conducting polymers supplies new materials and makes it possible to research and develop photovoltaic apparatus of low cost. In this dissertation polyaniline conjugated conducting polymer with different structural texture and properties is prepared, using (NHU) 2S3Oa/llCI solution system . The molecular structure of undoped polyaniline is characterized. Polyaniline with different conductivity can be gotten by changing the type of dopant and doping condition. Further experimental investigation and theoretical analysis on the structure and properties of undoped and doped polyaniline are carried out by using several inspecting methods and instruments. Using fuming sulfuric acid sulfonating emeraldine base (EB), sulfonated polyaniline (SPAN) is synthesized .The results show that it has higher solubility and good conductivity, SPAN with different sulfonation .degree (SD) possesses different conductivity. The colloid aggregates and loose construct have been found by using TEM. Polyaniline/ TiO2 nanocomposites is prepared in the presence of titanium dioxide. The incorporation of polymers in the composites is proved by FT1R studies. The nanocomposites have been characterized by four-point probe conductivity measurements, UV-Vis, transmission electron micrograph. The results show that polyaniline/TiO2 has higher conductivity (xl0 compared with that "of EB, the UV-Vis spectra properties of polyaniline/ Ti02 depend on the ratio of TiO2 to polyaniline. The UV-Vis spectra of nanocomposites doped with HCSA take place red-shift and possess higher conductivity and better solubility compared with those of nanocomposites and PANI. TEM micrographies show that TiOj nanoparticles are partly coated with the polymer. We alse study effect of PANI film. Finally A new organic polymer STK junction is produced by using p-type polyaniline and n-type semiconductor.
