Off The Study Of The Dynamic Mechanism In The Areas Of Urban Spatial Development

Research on city space has been a core content to urban and regional science. This thesis, with regional visual angle and with the theories of urban and regional science, building up the research logical model of from space-time reviewing to mechanism researching to measures optimized, researched thoroughly on the mechanism of city evolution of Guanzhong region.In the space dimensions, it researched on the mechanism with two levels and combined them perfectly. One is the single city level, and the other is the region level. In the time dimensions, it divided social production ways as agriculture economy, former industry and post industry. Based on the background analysis of city spatial evolution and its spatial pattern of Guanzhong, it set forth the mechanism of city spatial evolution of Guanzhong in the former industry era, i.e, natural geography is the background, economy development is the inherent driving force, adjusting industry structure is the direct driving force, the spatial connection of cities and regions make certain the main orientation, transportation makes certain the main path, and policies and city plans are the controller. At last, according to ordinary evolution model of city of the world and the new era characteristics, it put forward key solutions to promote reasonable spatial evolution of Guanzhong cities, which includes building up the Guanzhong high-tech industry belt, adjusting the administration dividing and building Xi'an metropolis, speeding up the constructing of freeway net of Guanzhong.
