Cutter Suction Dredger Of The Network Based On Plc Site Monitoring System

On the basis of the development of field bus in automatically control domain,consulting the characteristic of advanced foreign dredging technology,aiming at the lower automatization level of domestic dredger,this paper introduces a cutter suction dredger monitoring system based on Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) field network.The system takes PLC as the processing center and communicates with computers by remote-control network-Controller Link. It monitors the components on the dredger through two PLC sub-stations and controls the field bus equipments by the program in the computers. With this type of monitoring system,it simplifies the operation,lowers the maintenance cost,and improves the system reliability. Finally,it improves the dredging efficiency greatly.The cutter suction dredger practicality model of the monitoring system is studied and designed in depth in this paper. We put emphasis on the method and process of establishing a Controller Link field control network;have designed the monitoring program and remote service manager program. The completed system realizes the automatically monitoring and remote-communication of the dredging work of cutter suction dredger.
