Inorder to carry out the national policies and regulation related to renewable energy power generaion, the thesis elaborates the developments of the domestic and overseas renewable energy power generation and dispatchig automatization technology, based on the research of renewable energy power generation technology, power grid dispatching automatization technology, GPRS-Internet, Geographic Information Systems and computer measurement and control technology and so on, designs and implements a renewable energy power generation grid-connecting and dispatching automatization system, includeing the design of the structure and the functions of the system, and the communication protocol based on the GPRS-Internet, implements Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition (SCADA), Automatization Generation Control (AGC), Economiocal Dispatching Control(EDC) and information management and so on. According to the test, the system is full-feetured, easy to use and high-effiency, it can effectively promote the implementation of the renewable energy power generation parallelling in grid, and it is worthy of widesprad application.
