Electromagnetic Compatibility forecasting and analyzing is a kind of method that estimates the degree of Electromagnetic Compatibility of electronic equipment or system. Geographic Information System is one of the new high technology now. Geographic Information System has been successfully application in the filed of national defence, city layout and so on. It is a new kind of method solution the war field's Electromagnetic Compatibility problem, which is using the integration of EMC and GIS forecasting and analyzing.The paper first analyses the origin of war field's Electromagnetic Compatibility problem and introduces the common methods of resolving those problem. Aiming at the facing problem, grade filtering method is adopted. Math model is erected aiming at the method. Afterwards the paper introduces the arithmetic's realization.The common problem is analysed in GPS application and the solution is put forward. How to transform geography information's to digital format is described. The electronic map's displaying and controlling and geography data's distilling and analyzing is explained. Introduced how to use Mapx and erect GIS based on Mapx.At last, the shortcoming and lack is analysed, and the corresponding solution is put forward.
