With the development of the science technology,the capacity of generator unit keeps increasing,devices with large power load are becoming more and more,the impact of their make-and-break at electric meshwork is very visible. The national economy development at a great lick demands higher electric energy quality,the steady running of electric meshwork becomes quite important. Therefore,proto-northeast electric manage department worked out a power dispatch curve examinational ways toward each subordinate power plant. In each quarter they make a reactive dispatch curve examinational fingerpost definitely,demand each power plant run in prescript generating power and voltage. But in our country there haven't yet automatic control devices in this field at present,the operators in charge in each power plant can only keep watch on the screen and adjust constantly according the given target value. The operators in charge paid out hard work,but it's very difficult to meet the given reactive dispatch curve,it's short of examine purpose.Because of its high reliability,good expansibility,convenient communication,and editing program easily,the PLC gained the reception and favour in power plant presently. Therefore,associating the practicality of Huanren power plant,I exploited reactive dispatch curve controller (for short to "device" in next) to adopt Quantum serial PLC of Modicon company in America,realized the automatic control of reactive dispatch curve. Not only it made operators in charge free from busy adjustment,but also,it reached the purpose of reactive dispatch curve examination really.This disquisition aimed at PLC reactive dispatch curve controller,associating the entire exploiting process,expounded in guiding ideology,control standard,function and structure design,software system design,analog experiment,fixing and debugging and so on,also part of flow schematic diagram (the ladder chart wasn't drawn because of too many network and length limit).This design involves many subject such as power systenu automatic control microcomputer control and electroa during the design,we have read a great deal of concerned data,base on the sufficient investigation analysis and research,associating the practicality of Huanren power plant,we introduced and exploited PLC reactive dispatch curve controller in the first time. It's sample has already produced and used in HuiLong Power Station after test,it runs well now,and reached the purpose.
