Hydraulic counter-balance valve is a sort of important hydraulic components. It is widely used in modern engineering machine, especially crane. The balance value has the function of limiting velocity and guaranteeing safety, and can make the action of hydraulic machine calm. But there are some defaults in conventional balance values, such as low-frequency vibration, excessive high controlling-pressure, disadvantage in stability and safety, complicated construct etc, the key matters are that the valves neither work solely nor run synchronously in two cylinders. The new-style counter-balance valve is presented to resolve the above defaults, especially the application of the circuit in two cylinders, hi the thesis, a non-linear mathematical model that is practical and can response the dynamic character is built on the basis of analyzing working principle employing performance and structure trait of the new-type counter-balance valve, and the model is validated by experiments. The new valve structure is designed and manufactured then, many experiments about the value are made, such as type experiment, real vehicle experiment etc. The simulating value and experimental value are all compared. The results expresses that the performance of the new value is better comparing with the old one, especially in the following aspects: working stability, controlling pressure, and synchronization.In a word, the general capability of the new-style hydraulic counter-balance comparing with the old one is better evidently. The vale is an excellent new production, and is worth spreading.
