Hydraulic balance valve is one of the key components in the hydraulic system which is widely used in modern engineering machinery hydraulic balance circuits,especially in hoisting machinery.Most of the domestic valve are generic products,mainly imitating the products of the Buchholz and the Rexroth company,and independent research applications are rare.There are some problems such as low frequency jitter,high operating pressure,poor stability and security,and great system power lossIn this article,through analysis and study of existing balance principle and structure scheme as well as the problems of current home-made balance valve arising from the application in the machine,On the reference and study international advanced balancing valve,on the basis of research experience,has recently developed a new type of balance valve in our country a series of theoretical analysis and experimental research.This article we first introduces the structure characteristics and working principle of new type of balance valve.established the theory model of the balancing valve preliminary analysis,find out the valve is the main factors influencing the engineering machinery application performance,Then using AMESim software established the simulation model of the system,in order to verify the theoretical analysis model is also studied and designed the system of experiment plan,set up a test platform,through the test to verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis model,based on the property of practical balance system with the new balance valve is one of the important factors for a large number of simulation analysis load pressure,pilot valve core damping hole,the change of the key parameters such as pilot valve spring stiffness to the influence of the pressure and flow of system control has carried on the detailed analysis and research,draw some useful conclusions.For new balance valve further laid the theoretical basis for optimization design and manufacturing.
