| With the development of the market economy and the spread of power system, the Time-Based Maintenance, which has been applied in our country for several decades, is becoming more and more inadequate for the needs of power system and the researches about Condition-Based Maintenance becomes very hot. The implementation of Condition-Based Maintenance involves large quantity of condition data and analysis, so it is impossible to implement it only by manual operations. We should apply computer and communication technologies to build a specific support platform for Condition-Based Maintenance, which will be very important for the implementation of it in our country.This thesis mainly studied a digital managemnet system which reflects thinkings of Condition-Based Maintenance, and then developed a support platform based on web for Condition-Based Maintenance of electric devices. At first, after analyzing the needs of customers, we designed the whole system, including the system objectives, system total architecture and technical solutions in developing; second, we designed and implemented the condition database for electric devices , and also studied data security and data share; Finally, we developed part of the software for the support platform, including device management module and device test module among which moa is the representative of electric devices, task schedule module and accident module , and we also resolved the problem of common query and show dynamic graphs on Web pages. |
