Reconfigurable Control System For Fms Modeling Technology Research And Application

With the development of manufacturing, more new production methods appeared. Flexible Manufacturing System (FMS) is a kind of highly automated manufacturing system. It represents the direction of manufacturing system development. With the advancement of FMS, the study of FMS reconfigurable control system is needed.Referring to the architecture of industry control configuration software, based on the thought of blocking and configuration, this paper presents a type of architecture of FMS reconfiguratable control software. The modeling technology of FMS under the reconfiguratable control system must be studied in order to develop the system. The paper introduces a few FMS modeling methods frequently used, then emphatically explores how to use Object-Oriented Petri Net method to analyze the manufacturing system under the reconfiguratable control system . The analysis results also are given. Then the paper discusses the application of these models in software development. It's elaborated how to apply OOPN models in the development of single computer simulation software UML modeling, and mapping principles of OOPN models and the mapping results are presented. At last it is also elaborated how to develop the system configuring block.
