Reciprocating compressor is an important equipment for gas compression or transportation.It has many advantages,such as wide pressure range and high efficiency.It is widely used in all aspects of industry,national defense and life.But the high energy consumption and constant exhaust volume of reciprocating compressor also cause a huge waste of resources.In the context of global energy conservation and emission reduction,scientific and technical personnel have developed different methods of regulating gas quantity.Among them,the air volume regulation mode of the partial stroke top opening valve is the most widely used and best air quantity adjustment method at present.As the "arm" of the capacity control system,the reliability of its structure and the setting of the parameters of the movement directly affect the reliability and operation effect of the system.In order to further study the structure and operation characteristics of executive agencies,the following works are carried out.:(1)The mathematical model and physical model of compressor intake valve were established,and the motion rule of valve plate was simulated,which laid the foundation for the follow-up operation mechanism analysis.The theory of top opening intake valve is studied,and the displacement of valve plate under different load conditions is obtained by mathematical model.(2)In this chapter,the structure of the pressure fork of the unloading device,the structure of the seat,the structural design and improvement of the top rod are completed,and the strength and fatigue life of the vulnerable parts are analyzed.The simulation results show that the improved structure meets the requirements of the air quantity regulation system.(3)For the test bed of the stepless air conditioning system,The physical model of the actuator based on steel valve plate and PEEK valve plate is established.By changing the action parameters of the unloading device,the ideal unloading device and the motion of the valve plate are obtained,which optimizes the motion characteristics of the actuator to a certain extent.(4)The valve displacement experiment,high-pressure seal test,load test of unloading device,impact vibration and long period experiment were completed through the capacity control experiment platform,and the simulation results were verified.Some research results have been applied to the stepless capacity control system of the unit of a company.The system in this company has been stable operation for over a year,and its effect and reliability have been verified.
