Since the tremendous process of advanced manufacturing technology such as CIMS, CE, IMS, VMS, AM have been made, the CAPP system is updating to the great challenge. The combination of the process planning and process planning management will be the tendency of the CAPP.In this thesis, the key technology and application of process information system serving for the civil aviation seats is studied .1. An overall design for process information system is established followed by the study on the procedure and contents of the civil aviation seats process planning informationization.2. The process information model for the civil aviation seats process informationization , including CAPP object class tree, object class relation graphic and object dass instance, is constructed based on object-oriented technology.3. As to features of the civil aviation seats manufacturing, the retrieval process planning method based on standard process is built and the automatic retrieval of standard process corresponding to similar parts is developed followed by process standardization.4. The development of process dimension-link automatic calculation for electroplate parts has been done after analyzing its calculating method.5. The pattern of process planning management is studied, the version management ,the task management and the workflow management for civil aviation seats are highlighted presented.6. The structure frame of the man-hour quota calculation and its development for the civil aviation seats manufacturing are presented.
