Conduit is one of the most important parts in the external system of aviation,in the traditional process design and production of conduit,the process design of conduit is usually completed by process designer's experience or by finding a similar example in the past,then according to the design requirements,enter the process route manually to complete the process planning,workers use the two dimensional process drawings and process conduit according to the requirements of the process.The process design experience of the past can't be used in this process,and the most similar case can't be automatically obtained,these lead to low knowledge reuse rate and low design efficiency,furthermore the data source is not unified,the maintenance quantity of engineering drawings is large and reading is not intuitive.Therefore,in order to improve the efficiency of the process design and production efficiency,MBD technology is introduced into the process documents of conduit in this paper,and the MBD process model and the rapid process design method are studied.In this paper,the application of MBD technology in the process model and the rapid process design method are studied and applied to the aviation conduit.Firstly,on the basis of the definition of MBD 3D model,the design method of three stage process model is proposed.Through the establishment of the system database,the overall design of process planning system,system design,functional design and key module design are completed based on the existing design knowledge and experience.Then,the key technologies involved in the system are studied,and the process feature mapping is realized by establishing the generalized process features and the processing steps.The reuse of process design knowledge is realized by using reference knowledge and knowledge reuse model.Through the analytic hierarchy process to calculate the weight of the parameters,and combined with the cosine similarity algorithm,the similarity of the conduit instance is calculated.The MBD 3D process card customization and process template customization are realized through the analysis of the traditional two-dimensional process card and foreshadow the automatic generation of process files.Finally,take the aviation conduit for example,a set of aviation conduit for rapid process design using the above methods and techniques is developed to achieve the rapid design of conduit technology,quickly generation of the process documents,and the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified.
