Two-stroke Engine Emissions Control

This project is brought forward as the rapid development of Chinese motorcyle industry, the realization of the global environment protection, all kinds of new technology introduced to lower the harmful emission of vehicle, for the enterprise to face with the international competition and high technology applied to promote traditional products quality.The project begins with the process of relating laws of vehicle emission, proposing a way to lower the engine emission of JY50QT by analyzing the 2-stroke engine emission principle and the catalyze reaction. The experiments in this project are arranged with TAGUCHI Methods, optimized by using carburetor matching technology ,catalyze conversion technology and second-air-recharge technology to JY50QT emission research in different period, and the test results meet with EUROI requirement.The project proposes a most effective and economical way to control the emssion of the vehicles at present. At the same time, it indicates a research direction of how to control the emission in the furture research.
