| This article studies the beam axle of IVECO independent suspension system and establishs mechanics models of them. With the results of some typical load case calculated in ADAMS, it calculates the parts' intensity by means of finite elements with the software NASTRAN, the stress distribution pattern of the beam axle is thus given out. So we integrate the multi-rigid body dynamic method and FE method. The experiment shows that the result of accurate analysis coordinates with the reality. In the other hand,the beam axle was analyzed dynamically. According to all the work, this article provides a practical proposition , this proposition proves successful in practice. |
