If tne plastic pressure-measuring elements (pressure-measuring copper cylinders, copper spheres) being statically calibrated are used to measure chamber pressure, there must be static-dynamic error. The static-dynamic error can be greatly reduced with quasi-dynamic calibration and it is the reform direction for the calibration of plastic pressure-measuring elements. But the quasi-dynamic calibration is not very perfect. In this dissertation, the effects of pressure pulse width on quasi-dynamic pressure corresponding tables, temperature correcting method and the database of quasi-dynamic pressure corresponding tables are discussed.The mathematical model of the copper pressure-measuring system is established. According to the simulation of this model, it is testified that there will be error on consulting the quasi-dynamic pressure corresponding tables when the pressure pulse width changes, the variety regulation of the effect of pressure pulse width is analyzed.Large quantities of quasi-dynamic calibration experiments changing the pressure pulse width for the copper cylinders and copper spheres are done. The change regulation of relative error on consulting corresponding tables caused by the change of pressure pulse width is analyzed. The pulse width scope of the actual quasi-dynamic pressure corresponding tables is derived. The method of correcting on the pulse error is put forward and the correcting formula is formed.Large quantities of quasi-dynamic calibration experiments in different temperatures are done. By means of regression and dimension analysis, the formulas of correcting on temperature are derived. The method of unitive temperature correcting is put forward and the correcting formula is formed.The quasi-dynamic calibration data software package is created based on LabVIEW.The quasi-dynamic pressure corresponding tables ,the pulse width correcting table and the temperature correcting table are managed by database with this software package can manage the. Making tables and consulting tables automatically can also be realized with this software package.
