For more than a hundred years, the method of plastic deformation for measuring pressures has been the main means to test the chamber pressure of conventional weapons because of its advantages of reliability, convenience and low price.In our country the method of pressure-measuring with copper cylinders adopts the system of static calibration. Every type and every passel of copper cylinders has static pressure corresponding table, which can reflect its average static characteristic. Aiming at the overmany tables, making a uniform static pressure corresponding table to the same type of copper cylinders is proposed. With analyzing the static pressure corresponding tables of the same type and different passels copper cylinders, the pressure sensitive degree is assessed the static coherence about the type of copper cylinders. The author researches the method of making a uniform table deeply, then validates the reliability of the table through the experiment data and discuss the applicable scope of the uniform table.The static-dynamic discrepancy will be caused when the copper cylinders statically calibrated are used to measure the dynamic chamber pressure. To decrease the discrepancy, this paper analyse the cause of the static-dynamic error. By means of dimensional analysis, the formulas of correcting on static-dynamic error are derived. It is testified that the effect of the correcting formulas about the dispersion between the static pressure and the electromotive pressure descend from more than ten percents to less than 3%.Since our country was founded, our actual plastic pressure-measuring calibration has been adopting Soviet Union's calibration method and technique equipment. The technique level is very behindhand, the whole plastic pressure-measuring calibration and quantity transfer system is not formed, so it is proposed that to establish our quantity traceability and transfer system which has free knowledge property. By means of discussing the method of identifing and choosing standard copper cylinders and measuring pressure instrument, the quantity transfer means of static calibration system of pressure-measuring copper cylinders is analysed. Then the uncertain degree of standard copper cylinders and pressure-measuring instrument is afforded.To improve the management of the pressure table, rogatory software about pressure table of copper cylinders is created based on Lab VIEW. The static and dynamic pressure corresponding table, the pulse width correcting table and the temperature correcting table are managed by database with this software. Making tables, consulting tables automatically, correcting static-dynamic error and regressing automatically can also be realized with this software package.
