Into Germany Cotton Lan Manufacturing Technology Research And Design Of Optimal Allocation Of Resources

Network manufacturing is the outcome of economic globalization and information revolution ages, it's a important strategy in reforming the traditional manufacturing industry. Developed countries attached much value to NM, carried out a lot of technical and applied research and have got much prominent effect. Researches on the Network Manufacturing were found in some documents after the middle of 90th ages in our country, and all overseas advance modes being distilled, then Region Network Manufacturing according with state of our nation was proposed. CIMS subject of National 863 planning organized such typical region as GuanZhong region in ShanXi province ,ChengDeMian region in SiChuan etc to proceed technical and applied research work., so as to make the resources being used optimally and promote the whole competitive ability of enterprise in this region. ChengDeMian region is the most important region in SiChuan province, GDP is 47.15% in 2000 year, and this region has apparent advantage of manufacturing industry. In ChengDeMian region, one of the most extant problem is that resources configuration is inefficiency. Carrying out Network Manufacturing in ChengDeMian region will be in favour of making the resources being used optimally, promoting the whole competitive ability of this region and so on.Associating this extant problem with National 863 planning 2002AA414050 and after analyze deeply the speciality of resources in ChengDeMian region, requirement, function, key technology etc have been researched in this paper, the top story is:1. Requirement analysis and functional designResearch on the speciality of the network manufactural resources, analyze the resources optimization configuration requirement, set the aim of Resources Optimization Configuration Center, then design the function system.2. Gross scheme designBased on the function system, designed the gross scheme including logic architecture design and so on.3. Research on the key technology-----model building of Resources Optimization Configuration CenterAnalyzed the speciality of model building, putting emphasis on the function model and resources model building, then the appropriate model building approach is decided.4. Equip resources deploying system designDesigned and developed the equip resources system.Researching on the Resources Optimization Deploying Center in ChengDeMian region, developing and researching on the equip resources deploying system will be valuable to build up the unification resources market in this region and integrated management etc. This paper is one part of the project: 2002AA414050.
