DF11Internal-combustion Locomotive, with many advanced techniques in electric-drive equipment, is the primary type whose velocity is enhanced in China. The real-time instruction system of the DF11 internal-combustion locomotive's electric-drive equipment is developped for helping the drivers and the maintainers know well the manipulation and maintenance.In chapter 1, this thesis' origin and the instruction system's develop status are introduced. In chapter 2 the instruction system of the DF11 internal-combustion locomotive's electric-drive equipment is accomplished, and several pivotal problems are resolved. Firstly the electric-drive equipment is simplified in order that its circuits' working status could be obtained by computer by disposing the sampling value. Secondly interface program is designed under ObjectARX2000 in order to drive the static circuit diagram drawed by AutoCAD. Lastly sampling value is transferred through the communication between PC and several sampling SCMs.Research on the failure locating function of this instruction system is done in chaper 3. Firstly the electric-drive equipment's electrical system is changed into data circuit. Then the testing code is gained by the boolean difference method. Finally the number of the sampling is reduced. This research is available in the design of a failure locating online system.
