The sphygmomanometer both can be used simple blood pressure measure and be multifunctionally used through connected to a personal computer. It can save blood pressure wave, result, including doing real time analysis and retrospective analysis. This article use PIC singlechip "PIC16F874" as the sphygmomanometer's kernel, which is prevalent at present. Pressure which blood oppress vein is translated to electricsignal. Through PIC16F874's A/D translation modul it is betransformed digital signal. Then the singlechip processes thesedigital signal such as display, saving, transmitting.
