Generator Set Monitoring Detection System Is Developed

In electric system, the coursing state of generator group influence power quality. Therefore, it is necessary to monitor the state of generator with computer in time and attain every parameter precisely and control generators in a long distance. The main aim of the paper is to design a set of supervising and detecting system. The paper first introduces the researching background and the significance of the system, then brings out the designing parameters including A/D conversion , acquiring sixteen digital parameters, counting frequency and shut on or off generators and managing program.The task of the paper is introduced, including the design and making process of monitor instrument by introduced, the designing and anti-jamming method of the assembler of the singlechip circuit, the communication between singlechip circuit and managing computer, the plotting of the PCB schematic, the designing of the managing program of the computer and the debug of the total system.The supervising and detecting system of generator is composed of two subsystems, one is signal collecting system of singlechip, the other is managing and controlling system of computer in the back stage. The signal collecting system of singlechip collects the signals from generator. The paper introduces the every part of the singlechip. The key component is a 8051CPU, its surrounding circuits include DC power source, simulating signal collecting circuit, digital signal collecting circuit, A/D converting circuit, clock generating circuit, counting frequency circuit, controlling circuit, communicating circuit, and some other circuits.According to the function of the circuit, the paper designs the assembler of the singlechip system particularly. The assembler is composed of dada collecting program, communicating program, controlling program. The flow chart of the assembler is given, the skill and the steps are discussed, finally the median filtering way is introduced.The data collected by the singlechip circuit is transferred to the computer of the background with RS485 bus and is dealt with. The paper develops a managingprogram with VB language. The managing program includes following functions: communicating with singlechip circuit, dealing with the data from the singlechip circuit, foundation of the data-base, the display of the data. The paper introduced the benefit of the VB, gives the program interface, discusses the communicating protocol, and designs the complete data-base, and plans the framework of the system.The paper makes a whole test of the hardware and the software of the system, analyzes the benefits and defects. At last the paper gives the further developing plan according to the present questions.
