Electric Load Manage Center(ELMC) is an important component in fulfilling the automation of aviation electrical load control and management. ELMC's primary task is to incept the information from the PSP through the bus and in the same time to monitor and control the second bus of the aircraft's electrical system and the Solid Status Power Controlers(SSPC), then to send all the information to the PSP.During the design of the system, the system is required not only to deal with numerous analog signals which include multi-channel 400 Hz AC signals with high real-time request, but also to realize the manage and control of more than 200 channels data signals. So the dissertation decides to use the hardware flat which is formed by the DSP controller and FPGA together. With the fast and powerful data processing ability of the DSP controller and abundant and free programing I/O resource of the FPGA, the system can better accomplish all the tasks. Based on the hardware flat, the dissertation have done all-sided and detailed designs to all function modules.Software development of the system grounds on the embedded Real-Time Operation System μ COS-II. According to their own features, the application modules are divided into different tasks with different priorities. Through the system service, the μ COS-II can manage all task modules. In order to improve the real-time ability of the system, every task is designed with the program mode of C language and compile language combined. Using RTOS in the system, the reliability and real-time ability of the system can be improved greatly, and the software system can have a more clearly layout, so the software system have a better expandable ability.
