The unmanned combat air vehicle (UCAV) is extensively attended as a effective project of active defend. Some researches in the unmanned combat air vehicle system (UCAVS) are also being developed in China. To evaluate the UCAVS scientifically, it demands to combine the UCAVS and the reliability.After the background of UCAVS is introduced in the prologue, four main aspects that include system construction analysis, system reliability analysis, system efficiency analysis and structure and mechanism reliability analysis are researched in this paper. In the system construction analysis, the progress of the UCAV is summarized and the UCAVS is set up referring to the American examined UCAVS and the construction of the unmanned air vehicle. Three methods, basic reliability analysis, mission reliability analysis and fault tree analysis, are used to analyze the reliability of UCAVS. In the computation of basic and mission reliability model, the relativity among the subsystem is considered. In the system efficiency analysis, the probability analysis method and the expert evaluation method are adopted. In the structure and mechanism reliability analysis, the Monte-Carlo method, the importance sampling method and the extended importance sampling method which is presented in this paper are applied into the truss structure, the box structure, the shaft structure and the flexible four-linkage mechanism. And fuzziness of the state is considered into the computation of the structure and mechanism reliability.
