| Passenger transportation system is one of the most important parts of urban transportation. Based on the analysis of characters and influent factors of urban passenger transportation, qualitative study was used in this paper to research the following problems: the establishment of urban passenger transportation model, the constitution of relative policy system, the position and ensurance of public transportation development and improval function of ITS technology. |
