Different from clay soil and sand soil, the particle extent of silty soil is more narrow, so the component design method and construction technology, which is reasonable for clay soil and sand soil may not be effective to silty soil. In this paper, combined with the construction of Shangqiu to Kaifeng freeway, the component design method of cement-stabilized silty soil and the strength, modulus and anti-cracking performance of the mixture are researched systemically in lab and on site. In addition, influence to density and strength of cement-stabilized soil because of molding delay and reasonable curing period from completion of subbase to the compaction of road-base are also researched. Finally, experiment section of cement-stabilized silty soil subbase is constructed according to lab research results, and construction methods are summarized. |
