In this paper, the actuality on the appraisement of highway construction environment is investigated into deeply. The problems and theory which existent at present have be studied and annualized. On the bases of tryout standard guiding and investigating, the item that highway which bypass Cheng-du city is studied and annualized.Society- economy appraisement system, which may reflect the sustainable development relationship between highway construction and society-economy is set up by applying the sustainable development concept. Accordingly, the appraisement system that has lots of mutual relationship factors is made to numerical modeling and appraised as a compositive integer with introduction of step rank association and grey system model. Besides, the applying scope and condition of noise pollution model in appraisement highway construction environment standard currently in effect is developed.On the bases of Windows 98, taking the advantage of Visual C ++, the Environment system is realized.Combining actual case, the society-economy environment, the noise pollution of environment, the air pollution of environment and the ecosystem environment of item that highway which bypass Cheng-du city is appraised and concluded in the study by using the study achievement and combining the appraisement highway construction environment standard currently in effect.
