The thesis is relative to the permanent magnet brushless DC motor (BLDCM) drive device, which is used in Electrical Vehicle. It' s hard core is TMS320LF2407 DSP, composing a high performance control system.First in this paper, the characteristics and control methods of BLDCM is discussed. On the basis of the run state and control method of the BLDCM, combining the Electric Power and Electronic technology, Micro Electric technology, special integrated chips and the theory of Motor control theory, setting up the model of electric power inverter system by using the simulating software -Matlab, the control schemes are given when the motor is working in the state of electromotion and electrical regeneration.After use for reference to former experiences, the CPLD is adopted serving for the logic circuit, which can reduce the bulk of circuit, enhance the system reliability and accelerate development. For the design of communication circuit based CAN bus, the system can communicate with host computer stably and exactly.Using RTOS-μC/OS-Ⅱ for the flat of software development, the stability, reliability and real-time ability of the system are increased.
