The article is apart of the item of NFSF "the difference between two-dimension random waves force and three-dimension random waves force on the semi-circular breakwater". Through model experiment of the new semi-circular breakwater, the influence between the coupling parameters such as the depth of water D, the height of random wave H, the period ofrandom wave T, are considered. Three parameters introduced for researching the random wave forces on the new semi-circular breakwater. The article aimed at, the hydraulic characteristics of breakwater, the receivable formulas to calculate the wave forces on the new semi-Circular Breakwater under the random wave. The research contains: the intensity of wave pressure distributing characteristics on the outside of breakwater's arc and motherboard, the basic characteristics about the total wave forces on breakwater, the characteristics of statistics distribution of the max serial of total wave force. The results of the article:The max pressure on the breakwater increased by the π1 increased or the π2 decreased, or the π3 increased. The location of max plus and minus pressure on the meeting-wave side of new semi-circular breakwater increase by the π1'sincrease, decreased by the π2 decreased, decreased with the parameter π3 increased. The max horizontal wave forces came forth with the plus and minus wave forces are max when the breakwater is submerged. The direction of pressure changed at a place induce the direction of the pressure on the meeting- wave side same as that on the back-wave side, so the max horizontal wave force act on the breakwater at this time.The pressure on the motherboard has taken on three characters when the horizontal wave force on the breakwater is max. First, the character of the pressure distribution on the motherboard takes on triangle distribution and the pressure of the forward-toe is plus, the back-toe is minus or zero. Second, the direction of the pressure changed at the middle motherboard and the direction of front-toe' pressure is different with the back-toe. Third, the pressure increase form middle motherboard to front-toe and back- toe. The max pressure came forth with the first character. When the parameter π2 same as π3, the total wave force increased by π1 increased. When the parameter π1 are same, total wave force increased by π2 increased. The total wave force increased by absolute value of π3 increased. The max total plus wave force is bigger or smaller than the plus wave force changed with the parameter Jii, π2 and π3. The parameter with (π1 = 18.91 ~ 40.25,π2 = 3.769 ~ 4.351,π3 = 0.628 ~ 0.725) ,when π1 is smaller that 29,the max total plus wave forces are smaller that the max total minus wave forces. The max total wave force bigger than the max total minus wave force, when π1 bigger than 36. When π1 changed from 29 to 36, the max total plus wave force maybe bigger than the max total minus wave force or smaller, it never be reported in articles.The formulas for calculate the wave forces under the experiments are proposed and are analyzed.
