Wind power become more and more important for its advantage of cleanness , regeneration , ripe technology and rich resources. And it is supported by many countries' energy policy. But with wind power capacity enlarging constantly and stochastic and incontrollable wind energy, wind asynchronous generator' s frequent startup will take inverse impact to wind power system stability, which is one of the most important restricting factor on wind power' s large-scale development.In the thesis, wind power system' s dynamic stability has been deeply studied in order to provide academic basis and analysis method for layout of local wind power system.In the thesis, a dynamic mathematics model of wind asynchronous generator has been built up, and been simulated by Matlab. And then two wind power system models have been built up. One takes on excitation and governing system, and the other takes none. Dynamic analysis method of power system has been programmed by Fortran. Matlab/Simulink has acted dynamic simulation on simplified wind power system. At last, analysis and simulation are implemented with three set parameters of local wind power system, which are Burjin wind power system, virtual wind power system, and Salem layout wind power system .The result of analysis and simulation not only prove usability and validity of the program and simulation module, but also prove that local wind power system will keep dynamic stability, when wind power reaches 13. 9 percent of local power capacity system. The conclusion has instructional significance to develop and layout the local wind power system.
