With the development rapidly of national economics and the trending of big load or type traffic vehicle adding, the highway couldn' t accommodate this situation. The technical standard and the intensity are lower than today, the traffic capacity is bad of the highway, especially the highway were built before the Ninth Five Year Plan. Then, how to build and maintain the highway become the important tasks in the department of highway management. The highway are widened and reinforced intensity and heavy repaired on the basis of old highway, so that the highway can be improved the level and the traffic capacity in Shenyang city even all over Liaoning province in last few years. In the design of reinforced intensity, the data of deflection is one of the most important data in the construction design of the road surface. The 1 is what the old road surface is in the spring or disadvantageous season that the data must be coped with the coefficient by the season impaction.The sections of a highway were selected through scientific methodsand reasonable ways. They were typical and representational, the 1, the temperatures of road surface and the sample of soil were collection and menstruated. After experimentation, the data of 1 under kinds of situation were got. Through the data treating with, this thesis is got the season coefficient about asphalt concrete road surface under the dry-or waterish state.
