With the fast economic development in Henan, road transport service targets has alsobeen significant changes, mainly in large vehicles with "tonnage heavy" mainly small vehiclesto the "quantity" based, which led to the existing highway construction in Henan mainly in thereconstruction, expansion-based, in order to improve the level and increase road capacity.Pavement Deflection is an important indicator, which reflects both pavement overall strengthof the respective structural layers, but also reflects the rigidity of the road, it is also the use ofthe road there is a link. In our current practices, procedures, the pavement deflection influencecoefficients season is not clearly defined, it has a lot of factors, according to the prevailingnorms amended, and the measured deflection that much difference, this project became areality a thorny issue. Currently in Henan Province pavement deflection coefficient of seasonsis still blank, so according to the actual situation in various regions of Henan Province, HenanProvince, determined to meet their unfavorable seasons deflection correction factor K1valueis imminent.This paper analyzes the Henan Asphalt Pavement Deflection variation and impactanalysis, the design parameters are given pavement surface deflection degree of influence ofeach parameter and the impact of surface deflection rules are summarized. On Deflection testmethods in detail, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of various test methods forFWD and BB, Automatic Deflection and BB, BB laser deflectometer and repeatability andcorrelation between the conduct of the research, and gives the relevant relationship. Based onsix three divisions (Huang Huai River alluvial plain, light frozen mountain area in northernHenan, western Henan basins, valleys, micro-light frozen hill area, western Henan frozenmountain light district, south of Henan basins, hills wetting area, southwest of Henanmountain wetting zone), based on a representative test were selected sections of the test,analyze adverse seasons deflection value, calculated summed non-negative deflection seasonseasonal influence coefficients K1values. Select the test section through scientific and correctdata collection, reasonable analysis data to determine the compliance of Henan AsphaltPavement Deflection coefficient of the actual situation of seasonal effects K1, for the futureprovide the basis for the actual work.
