| The automatic biochemical analyzer is an instrument including optics, mechanics and electronics technology. It is used in the detection of various biochemical indexes of body fluid. It is one of the necessary instruments for clinical diagnostics in hospital. This paper is based on the subject of automatic biochemical analyzer, which is under the support of the National Science and Technology Department's Ninth Five-year Plan.The paper introduced principle, analytical process, the national and international development of biochemical analyzer at first, then the principle, composing and working process of the automatic biochemical analyzer. The paper discuss design of the control system as an emphasis. It include the hardware and software design.TMS320C5402DSP was used in the design to replace six SCM those was used in the automatic biochemical analyzer now and to control system, CPLD EPM7128 offer logic circuit to the system. A 16-bits high-speed A/D conversion device A/D976A replaced A/D574 to complete digital-analog conversion. The software of system include program of PC and DSP. The paper used Delphi to program the software of PC based on analysis about function of the automatic biochemical analyzer. The flow chart of DSP was given.The design have some advantages as followed:1) It is more intelligentized and easy to operate.2) A DSP chip replaced six SCM those make hardware more simple and improve reliability and stability of the control system.3) A 16-bits high speed A/D conversion device was used, it quicken A/D conversion speed ten times.4) The multithreading technology was used in DSP software; it completed the functions paralleled, which six SCM realized respectively in former system.The experiments indicate the system can realize control of the automatic biochemical analyzer. It has high test speed and precision test data. All test items accord with the demand of indexes. The research of system is important to the development of the automatic biochemical analyzer. |
