Power Demand Side Management (PDSM) plays an important role in the present electrical energy scenario now, as an efficient way to reduce the energy waste, to postpone the construction of new plants and to incentivate energy conservation. There is of great significance to develop adequately the DSM techniques for the release of energy emergency , enhancing the efficiency and protecting the environment.Flexible Load control, an important program of DSM ,comprises the interruptible load and demand side generation . This paper shows how the application of DSM can be a very efficient technique for energy conservation. Moreover presents a step-to-optimization contract mode that can effectively estimate the cost of customer's participation in order to take a customer-specific incentive payment and maximize the benefit of utility by using the customer behaviors. Meanwhile also discusses a model about the dynamic flow model with the consideration with interruptible load. On the other hand , this paper discusses the influence from the demand side generation for the electric power system and presents an advanced design model for distribution networks , especially for demand side generations . |
