With the rapid development of economic and social in Jiangxi Province,the power load is also growing rapidly,the peak valley difference of power grid is constantly widening,and the power supply pressure is increasing day by day.In the current situation of power supply shortage,DSM can guide users to optimize power consumption mode through corresponding policies and measures,reduce power consumption in peak load period,and use more power in low load period,so as to reduce power supply pressure in peak load period,reduce peak valley difference,improve system load rate,reduce power plant and grid investment,improve power supply reliability,improve power supply efficiency,and improve power supply Electricity service level.At present,the most important aspects of DSM are peak and valley time-of-use price,orderly power consumption and interruptible load.Starting from these aspects,this paper studies the DSM that Jiangxi Province can take under the background of Power Shortage.First of all,the load characteristics of Jiangxi Province in recent years are comprehensively analyzed,including peak load,low load,load rate,peak valley difference rate,daily load characteristics,annual load characteristics,and the current demand side management policies of Jiangxi Province are introduced.Secondly,in view of the situation that the peak and valley time-of-use price policy does not consider the price sensitivity of each industry at present,through the improved k-means algorithm,the optimization procedure of minimizing the square difference as the objective function is established to classify the price sensitivity of each industry.After that,we use meanshift clustering algorithm to compare and get the final sensitive classification results of each industry.In addition,according to the classical membership function method,combined with the load characteristics of Jiangxi power grid in recent years,the peak and valley time-of-use price policy is proposed and the peak period is increased.After that,the whale algorithm is proposed to optimize the orderly charging of electric vehicles.This method takes full account of the user's charging demand and the load level of the power grid into account.Aiming at reducing the peak of the charging load,it solves the optimal starting time of charging for the electric vehicles connected to the charging pile,so as to realize the orderly charging of large-scale electric vehicles.Finally,in order to solve the problem of short-term power supply capacity shortage of power grid,an optimal scheduling method of interruptible load based on binary whale algorithm is proposed.By selectively interrupting users and interrupting load value,the reliability of power supply is guaranteed and the economy is optimized at the same time.
