Aircraft Manufacturing Process Information Management Capp Technology Applied Research

Aircraft manufacture process,through full process of enterprise work,is base technique work of aircraft manufacturing,it is an important method to implement production design,ensure production quality,reduce wastage and improve productivity. Manufacture data generating during manufacture process,forms manufacture process information,namely process document to describe and control full aircraft manufacture process,process document is bases and rules of enterprise technique and production work,it provide reliable bases for each technique work and instruct and harmonize work for each department,it is very important for completing production task,ensuring production quality,improving total benefit and accelerating technique development. So it is necessary to manage manufacture process information scientifically and effectively.This article makes the following researches for CAPP application in aircraft manufacture process information management:1.Analyze the characteristics of process information and digital production in aircraft manufacture,demonstrate the effect of CAPP technique in process information management.2.Analyze the requirement of "99 project CAPP system". Adopt advanced and mature CAPPFramework application frame and development platform,according to the modular and functional design principle,design the structure and flow for the system,and ensure the function module needed by the system.3. According to characteristic of Xi'an Aircraft Company (XAC),research the customization process for CAPPFramework technique:make assembly process as an example,analyze the characteristic of assembly process entirely. By object-oriented modeling technique,establish the assembly process information model,and confirm the object tree and object attribute. Create and define the database. Per actual production status of XAC,make customization define to product structure management,user management and formative creation of process document etc. Establish "99 project CAPP system" of XAC primarily. All of these promote the process standardization and normalize work of XAC effectively,actualize the process information integrated and shared.4. Analyze the Configuration Management method that used to resolve the phenomenon that the same aircraft model has Multi-delivery states caused by customer's diversification requirement. From many aspect,such as assign production process task,simplify configuration,setup single product resource database,configuration database,product structure management and validity inspect etc,discuss the CAPP technique that is fit for Configuration Management.Via the research of this article,that will give CAPP technique in aircraft process information management a new application and development.
