Study Of Aircraft Manufacturing Information Systems Technology

With the process information technology applied extensively in aircraft manufacturing enterprises, the simple process planning function of the traditional Computer Aided Process Planning (CAPP) system can not meet the challenge of enterprises. So a manufacturing processes information system, which supports the design and management of processes completely, is needed urgently in aircraft manufacturing enterprises. In this paper, a aircraft manufacturing oriented system of aircraft manufacturing processes information had been researched.The main work of this text is concentrated in four aspects:1) According to the demand and application environment of aircraftmanufacturing enterprises, the architecture of the aircraft manufacturing information system was built.2) Based on the CAPP theory and technology which had been realized, the systemwas applied to aircraft manufacturing enterprises, and the key technology of speedy design method AO/FO was studied.3) Using the rules-based reasoning technology and the parameters of computeraided mapping technology, the interchange and coordination chart design aided by computers was achieved. And the present weakness of the manual establishment of interchange and coordination charts was solved.4) The workflow management technology was applied to the workflowmanagement, and the process planning working flow management was studied.The kernel contained process modeling, process task management andworkflow running & monitoring.Finally, this aircraft manufacturing process information system has been applied to an aircraft manufacturing enterprise. The practical application has shown that the system can effectively improve the efficiency of design processes and processes management level. So it can meet the needs of aircraft manufacturing enterprises.
