Research And Implementation, Based On The Pdm Collaborative Capp Technology

For the requirement of working and managing collaboratively in CAPP of manufacturing enterprises, with the modern managing technology and collaborative environment provided by PDM, the thesis makes use of Web technology which can share and transmit information collaterally, takes the process information as its researched object, disposes of the process information by XML, and then researches the framework of collaborative CAPP based on PDM.1. Based on current mature technologies and taking the requirement of manufacturing enterprises' process informatization into count, the architecture of the collaborative CAPP based on PDM is built.2. The workflow of collaborative process planning based on Web is analysed roundly and home. The collaborative environment in process planning is built. At the same time, for applying process resources well in the collaborative process planning, the manufacturing resources managing technology based on Web is brought forward.3. The thesis researches emphatically some key techniques in the collaborative environment based on PDM as the integrated flat. They consist of a novel process data description, exchange, expressing and storage method based on XML. Finally, the diversification and individuation of the process information expression based on XML/XSL is realized by these techniques.4. The collaborative process managing technologies based on PDM are lucubrated and are realized in some key aspects such as the process figures and files managing technology in the collaborative environment, the module of collecting process information and managing methods in integrating systems' information.Based on researches above, this thesis forms a set of technology system for the collaborative CAPP based on PDM, and provides some new ideas and realization ways for the development of CAPP.
