AC servo system has advantage over DC servo system,so study on AC system behavior has important sense. Servo-control technology is one of the most import part of mechtronics,which is widely used on the automatic equipments.This paper make a study of controller on Permanent MagnetSyn-chronous Motor. The Permanent MagnetSyn-chronous Motor has many virtue such as simply structure and simle solidity etc.with this excellence.it has more and more uses in industry and agriculture.The idea of this paper is to control Permanent MagnetSyn-chronous Motor system through vector control .to solve the problem of PID regulator,we use the fuzzy control and self adaptive PID. In this paper a new method based on sa4828 is proposed and realize through DSP, In order to solve the shortcoming which use more hardware resouces ,and the problem in precision and stabilization, which is produced spwm using hardware or software simplie, The experiment shows that this method not only use littler hardware resources but also improve the precision and the stabilization .the tradition PID control can not adapt the change of parameter over the control object,and it can not solve the conflict between dynamic index and the static index.this paper introduced the principle of real time operation systerm Uc/os-ii firstly.then analyzed the works in porting to DSP,and give the method to resolve the problems to porting it.
